Subject Matter Expert and Content Specialist, Communications Management Center
Liz currently holds the title of Subject Matter Expert and Content Specialist in the Communications Management Center for the Bizzell Group. She previously worked for the Maryland State Department of Education as Acting Assistant State Superintendent, and was Director of the Office of Child Care from June 2007 to December 2017. Liz earned a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Hood College, Frederick, MD.
