2026 MSCCA Board Meeting Schedule
The MSCCA Board of Directors meets every third Thursday of each month (except July) either at 1:00 to 3:00pm. Please be prompt! Attendance at monthly Board meetings is required at 80% for each Board member. ALL in person meetings will be hosted at the Slayton House, 10400 Cross Fox Lane Columbia, MD. 21044, dates indicated below. The Board meetings for 2026 calendar year will be held as follows below:

3. Thursday, March19th 12:00-2:00 PM ZOOM ONLY
4. Thursday, April 16th- 12:00 -2:00 PM IN PERSON ONLY (Slayton House Columbia, MD)
5. Thursday, May 21st- 12:00-2:00 PM ZOOM ONLY
6. Thursday, June 18th- 12:00-2:00 PM ZOOM ONLY
7. NO MEETING IN JULY
8. Thursday, August 20th-12:00-2:00 PM ZOOM ONLY
9. Thursday, September 17th-12:00-2:00 PM IN PERSON ONLY (Slayton House Columbia, MD.)
10. Thursday, October 22nd – 12:00-2:00 PM ZOOM ONLY
11. Thursday, November 19th-12:00-2:00 PM ZOOM ONLY
12. HOLIDAY PARTY AND BOARD and PDC MEETING- (location TBD) Tuesday, December 8th- 12:00 PM IN PERSON ONLY
Board Members are required to attend 80% of scheduled monthly meetings to serve. Attendance will be taken at meetings. Please contact, Chris Peusch the Executive Director at executivedirector@mscca.org or 410-820-9196, if you are unable to attend the scheduled Board meeting.
Additional important meetings: MSDE-Office of Child Care Advisory Council Virtual Meetings for 2026 -quarterly meetings are scheduled for the following Thursdays:

State Early Childhood Advisory Council 2026 mtgs are on the following Wednesdays -March 4 , May 27, Aug 19. and Nov. 18
