Credentialing for Maryland Child Care Program – Periodic Updates

All Backlog applications from March 2015 – October 2015 has been processed by Child Care Central with the exception of 10 outstanding backlog applications in the training approval queue awaiting the Training Approval Coordinator’s review.

Child Care Central is now processing incoming applications received in the month of July.

Policy Change: Effective Immediately

Child Care Central(CCC) has been advised not to return application packet. If an application packet is incomplete, CCC will send out an incomplete letter but will retain the application packet.

Renewal, Updates, Upgrades

Applicants applying for the Maryland Child Care Credential Program to renew, update, or upgrade will be allowed to only list the last 4 digit of their SS #.
