Due to the enormous volume of requests we are receiving for fingerprinting reimbursements, we are implementing the following procedural changes:
If you are asking questions or need clarification about the requirements, we will respond to your message as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please visit the website to make sure your question has not been addressed already. Make sure to read everything, including information found in the various links. You will not receive a reply to questions asking about the status of your reimbursement request as we are working as quickly as possible to process them.
It takes 45-90 days to process a complete, and correct, submission and for payment to be issued. If there are problems with the submission and we return the documents for correction, the 45-90 day time period starts again.
