MSCCA’s Conference by the Sea (CBTS) 2019 is the Maryland child care and early learning industry’s forum to collaborate and share best practices. Registrants are eligible to earn two (2) Professional Activity Units and can attend classes offering up to 17 hours of MSDE-approved training. With over 600 attendees expected from across Maryland, CBTS is the must attend event for the early childhood community.
