2025 MSCCA Board Meeting Schedule
The MSCCA Board of Directors meets every third Thursday of each month (except July) either at 11:00am to 1:00pm Or 1:00-3:00pm. Please be prompt! Attendance at monthly Board meetings is required at 80% for each Board member. ALL quarterly meetings that are hosted in person will be hosted at the Slayton House, 10400 Cross Fox Lane Columbia, MD. 21044, dates indicated below. The Board meetings for 2025 calendar year will be held as follows below:
1. Thursday, January 16th-1:00-3:00 PM ZOOM ONLY
2. Thursday, February 20th- 1:00-3:00 PM ZOOM ONLY
3. Thursday, March 20th-11:00 AM-1:00 PM IN PERSON ONLY (Slayton House Columbia, MD possible retreat board meeting)
4. Thursday, April 17th- 1:00 -3:00 PM ZOOM ONLY
5. Thursday, May 15th- 1:00-3:00 PM ZOOM ONLY
6. Thursday, June 19th- 11:00 AM-1:00 PM IN PERSON ONLY (Slayton House Columbia, MD.)
7. NO MEETING IN JULY
8. Thursday, August 21st-1:00-3:00 PM ZOOM ONLY
9. Thursday, September 18th-11:00 AM-1:00 PM IN PERSON ONLY (Slayton House Columbia, MD.)
10. Thursday, October 16th – 1:00-3:00 PM ZOOM ONLY
11. Thursday, November 20th-1:00-3:00 PM ZOOM ONLY
12. HOLIDAY PARTY AND BOARD and PDC MEETING- (location TBD) Tuesday, December 9th- 11:00 AM-1:00 PM IN PERSON ONLY
Board Members are required to attend 80% of scheduled monthly meetings in order to serve. Attendance will be taken at meetings. Please contact, Chris Peusch the Executive Director at executivedirector@mscca.org or 410-820-9196, if you are unable to attend the scheduled Board meeting.
